The Intermediate Band

As people move up from the Beginner Band to the Intermediate Band, the music becomes more complex. Fingerings aren't as commonly written on the music, rhythms become more complicated and tunes which have to be read carefully rather than played by ear come into the library. The Intermediate Band involves players who have gained some experience in playing and will have played a few concerts.

As the players become more competent and independent at reading and playing, they move up into the Youth Band.
